If The FC Skill Vault is not for you, just let us know within 30 days and you will get a full refund. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
Requesting a refund is simple. Here is the process:
Email support@smartmove.my with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. That is all we need.
We will confirm your request and process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive the full $47 back to your original payment method.
Once the refund is processed, your access to The FC Skill Vault tutorials will be removed. This is the only trade-off.
If something is wrong or you want your money back, please reach out to us first at support@smartmove.my. We are happy to help and will always sort it out quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first creates unnecessary fees and complications for both sides. We promise we will make it right - just send us an email and we will take care of it.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to explore the content within the first 30 days to make sure it is a good fit for you.
In rare cases, we may decline a refund if we detect clear abuse of the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the product. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
