1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing The FC Skill Vault, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
- If you are under 18, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Service
The FC Skill Vault is a digital product consisting of 24 video tutorials that teach EA FC 26 skill moves. The product is delivered through an online platform (Whop), where you will receive access to stream or download the video content after purchase.
The FC Skill Vault is a digital educational product. The videos are instructional tutorials designed to help you learn and improve your in-game skills. Individual results may vary based on your practice, dedication, and in-game experience.
3. Account and Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to The FC Skill Vault through our delivery platform. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
The FC Skill Vault is available for a one-time payment of $47 USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
- The price is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor via Whop.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of your payment provider.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with The FC Skill Vault for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Intellectual Property
All content included in The FC Skill Vault, including but not limited to videos, graphics, text, audio, and other materials, is the property of SmartMove and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.1 What You Can Do
- Watch and learn from the tutorial videos for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Access the content from your personal devices.
6.2 What You Cannot Do
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute - Share, upload, distribute, or make available any of the video content to any third party, whether for free or for payment.
- Record or capture - Screen-record, download (beyond what the platform allows), or otherwise capture the video content for redistribution.
- Share access - Share your login credentials or account access with others.
- Modify or create derivatives - Edit, alter, remix, or create derivative works based on our content.
- Commercial use - Use any of the content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to creating competing products or services.
- Reverse-engineer - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying content or technology.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

- Platform availability - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the content platform. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SmartMove, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of The FC Skill Vault.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for The FC Skill Vault ($47 USD).
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account, loss of data, or interruption of service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmartMove, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the product or website.
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of The FC Skill Vault shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SmartMove.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
